Jr Properties Inc pays $1.1 million for an Aguadilla gas station
Jr Properties Inc bought the gas station property at Carretera 111 Km 0.4, Palmar, Aguadilla for $1,100,000, in a deed dated May 19, 2026. The seller had bought it for $433,000 in a deed dated June 8, 2005, the previous sale of the property with a price.
Permits on the property describe a gas station with a convenience store and sales of sealed alcoholic beverages. After the sale, a single business permit dated June 22, 2026 for those existing uses was approved, and another dated October 8, 2026 is under inspection.
The Aguadilla station is one of nine properties Jr Properties Inc bought in separate deeds between January 31, 2025, and August 5, 2026, at prices from $90,000 to $2,000,000. Five of the nine, this one included, carry permits for a gas station. The largest of those purchases was $2,000,000 for a gas station property on Avenida de Diego in San Juan, in a deed dated July 31, 2025. On August 5, 2026, the company paid $1,250,000 for a gas station property in Lares. On September 8, 2026, in one deed, it paid $687,010 for a property in Sábalos, Mayagüez, and sold two properties in Guanajibo, Mayagüez, for $400,000 and $287,000.
