The six-bedroom house at 904 Villa Dorado Estates in Higuillar, Dorado, now asks $16,500,000, down from $18,495,000. The cut of $1,995,000, or 10.8%, appeared on November 4, 2026, 44 days after the previous ask was posted on September 21, 2026.
Four cuts in 82 days
It is the fourth cut since August and the largest. The ad asked $19,995,000 on August 14, 2026, $19,495,000 on August 29 and $18,995,000 on September 11, before the $18,495,000 ask of September 21.
From the first ask, the price is down $3,495,000, or 17.5%. The house was first advertised in this form on June 11, 2026.
Not every ad has caught up. Two broker ads show the new $16,500,000 ask, while seven other active ads of the house still show $18,495,000.
Sold first as a home to be built
The site was offered for presale before the house went up. Presale ads for a home still to be built in Villa Dorado Estates, with the same address on some of them, first appeared on October 26, 2022 at $17,995,000 and still asked that in May 2024. When brokers marked them sold in August 2024 they showed $14,375,000, but no recorded deed shows that sale. Those ads described a planned five-bedroom home with an optional sixth, so those figures are not a price for the finished house.

The listing gives 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 6 parking spaces, with 1,233 m2 (13,273 sq ft) of total construction on a lot of 5,261 m2 (56,628 sq ft), and lists the year built as 2026. The ad, which markets the house as Villa Escondida, describes 9,069 sq ft of interior space on two stories, a private swimming pool, a cold plunge and a fully fenced yard.
