Cerro Las Mesas house in Mayagüez cuts its ask to $795,000
A house at 11 Reparto García Méndez, Cerro Las Mesas, Mayagüez now asks $795,000. Its ad asked $900,000 on October 14, 2026, and the new ask, seen on October 30, 2026, is $105,000 or 11.7% lower.
The house has six live ads for sale. Three now ask $795,000: two changed on October 30 and one on October 31. The other three still ask $900,000, among them the first, which appeared on May 15, 2026.
It has also been offered for rent. Its first rental ad, in September 2025, asked $2,800 a month, and ads this year asked $3,000 and $3,400 while it was also for sale. A rental ad posted on October 22, 2026 still asks $3,000 a month.
The property last sold on March 30, 2009, for $455,000, the only sale deed recorded on its lot. The new ask is $340,000 above that price, about 75% more.
The ads give the house 232 m2 (2,500 sq ft) of built area on a 2,122 m2 (22,843 sq ft) lot, with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, built in 2000. The listing describes it as one of seven homes in a gated community with tele-entry access.
