Bayit LLC pays $1.325 million for Dorado house, 24% under 2023 price
Bayit LLC bought a house in Urbanización Sabanera Dorado, in Higuillar, Dorado for $1,325,000 in a sale deed dated June 12, 2026. The price is $425,000, or 24.3%, below the $1,750,000 the same house sold for on March 23, 2023.
The house stands on a lot of 752.5 square metres that is mapped in flood zone AE.
From $1.75 million to $1.325 million
The house first came to market on November 8, 2022, and the 2023 sale closed at its full asking price.
From May 2023 it was offered for rent, at $8,500 a month and later at $6,500, and by 2024 it was let.
It went back on sale on February 25, 2025, asking $1,450,000. That ad came down on October 1, 2025, without a sale. The June deed closed $125,000, or 8.6%, below that ask.
In October 2026 a remodeling of the house received an environmental compliance determination by categorical exclusion, approved on October 15. A consolidated construction permit for the same work was filed on October 19, 2026, and is incomplete.
