Costa Bonita Resort LLC sold 8 Culebra condos at $240,000 to $265,000

The highest was Apartment 204, sold for $265,000 on July 30. The same day Power Properties LLC bought Apartment 203; two sources record that deed at $240,000 and at $250,000. The run opened with Apartment 1303 for $250,000 on May 1 and closed with Apartment 102 for $250,000 on August 20.

Apartment 1401 also sold in the same stretch, between two other companies, for $235,000 on May 14.

From $165,000 to $265,000

The apartments reached the company in a single deed recorded on December 12, 2024, which covered 42 units in the building, most of them from another company.

Early in 2025 the company sold three of its apartments at $185,000 each: Apartment 602 on February 7, Apartment 1503 on March 21 and Apartment 1404 on March 27. It also sold one apartment for $165,000 on February 25, 2025, and Apartment 403 on April 21, 2025, a deed two sources record at $205,000 and at $225,000. Its 2026 sales, of other apartments in the same building, came in $55,000 to $80,000 above the three $185,000 sales.

One of the $185,000 buyers has already resold. Apartment 1503, bought from the company for $185,000, changed hands again for $275,000 on April 15, 2026.

Other owners selling

Owners who were not the company sold too. On May 27, a company sold Apartment 3203 for $220,000; it had bought the unit for $145,000 on January 31, 2025, from a bank that took it in a 2024 foreclosure. The same day another company sold a unit for $181,250. The latest sale in the building, on October 12, 2026, was Apartment 1702 for $260,000, $9,000 below the $269,000 it was advertised at from May 14. Its seller had bought it for $204,000 on June 30, 2005.

A one-bedroom apartment in the building is advertised for sale at $235,000.
