Morovis 26-lot project with a model home cuts its ask to $700,000
The seller of a residential project of 26 lots on PR-619, Km 0.5, in Morovis has cut the asking price to $700,000. The ask was $800,000 on September 10, 2026, and the lower price appeared on October 16, 2026, a cut of $100,000, or 12.5%. An asking price is what the seller wants, and a sale could close at a different amount.
What the ad offers
