Dorado Beach Estates house cuts its asking price to $15,000,000
The house at 1 Dorado Beach Estates, in Higuillar, Dorado, now asks $15,000,000, down from $19,500,000. The lower price first appeared on one of its ads on October 27, 2026, and by November 3, 2026, most of the house's ads carried it; two still show $19,500,000.
The house was first advertised on January 5, 2024, at $22,000,000, and every sale ad asked that price until August 15, 2026, when it fell to $19,500,000. The new cut takes $4,500,000, or 23.1%, off that price, and $7,000,000, or 31.8%, off the first ask.
The house and its lot
The ads describe a house built in 2021 with 1,208 m2 (13,000 sq ft) of living space. Its listing adds that the house sits on a single level, with four en-suite bedrooms plus a den and a 60-foot swimming pool.
The lot, 3,553.51 m2 (38,250 sq ft) on its deeds, sold for $1,115,700 under a deed dated January 30, 2018, before the house was built. A construction permit filed that year is recorded as approved.
In May 2021 the property passed to a company under an exchange deed that states a value of $4,240,500. No sale of the finished house has been recorded since. Two requests for a rental use opinion, filed in February 2023, are recorded as incomplete and archived, and the house was advertised for rent in August and November 2025.
