The lots are a 2,037 m2 light-industrial lot on Calle Marginal, Urbanización Los Ángeles (deed 22), a 3,898 m2 light-industrial lot at 1 Marginal Román Baldorioty de Castro (deed 23) and a 3,672 m2 lot zoned R-1 (deed 25), 9,607 m2 of land in all. The tax roll lists industrial buildings on the two Calle Marginal lots. The sellers were a company on one deed and a private party on the other two.
The dealership's expansion
Garage Isla Verde has operated at 2380 Marginal Los Ángeles since it bought that 11,140 m2 site for $400,000 in October 1986, and it paid $400,000 in August 2015 for a 24,376 m2 lot on Carretera 26. Its 2026 permit filings describe the growth. A consolidated construction permit filed on September 18, 2026, five days before the deeds, covers levelling and paving the land south of the dealership as a private parking lot for inventory and employees, 2,353 m2 of work, still marked incomplete. A 12-by-36-foot digital sign 60 feet high received an approved environmental recommendation on August 9, 2026. A use permit for car sales, parts and repair was filed on August 14, 2026.
