Costa Dorada apartment in Dorado cuts its ask to $950,000
The seller of a two-bedroom apartment at G3 Costa Dorada I #3 in Dorado has cut the asking price to $950,000, down $100,000, or 9.5%, from the $1,050,000 it was first offered at. The apartment last sold on August 31, 2021, when a company bought it for $900,000; the new ask is $50,000, or 5.6%, above that price.

The unit was first advertised for sale on July 14, 2026, at $1,050,000. Ads still showed that price on August 27, 2026, and the lower price was first seen on an ad on August 30, 2026. All eight broker ads for sale that are still online now show $950,000. An asking price is what the seller wants, not what a buyer has agreed to pay.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 parking space in 107 m2 (1,156 sq ft) of built area, and was built in 1990. The listing offers it for sale or rent and places it next to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dorado del Mar Beach Resort; the same unit is also advertised for rent at $5,000.
