Bahia Beach house in Río Grande cuts its ask to $10,500,000
The six-bedroom house at 7000 Bahia Beach G3 Atlantic Drive, in the Four Seasons Resort at Bahia Beach in Río Grande, now asks $10,500,000. That is $1,000,000, or 8.7%, below the $11,500,000 it had asked since it was first advertised on April 20, 2026.
The lower price first appeared in a broker's ad on October 23, 2026. Of the eight broker ads still running, six now show $10,500,000 and two still show $11,500,000.
The ad lists a house built in 2025 with 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 4 parking spaces, about 15,000 sq ft (1,394 m2) of built area over three finished levels, and a lot of 21,780 sq ft (2,023 m2). It describes lake and golf course views and a 55-foot infinity pool.
Two other houses in the resort ask more
Two other houses in the same resort are for sale, each asking $13,500,000, a price neither has changed: a five-bedroom house of about 10,677 sq ft on G8 Atlantic Drive, and a three-bedroom house of about 5,606 sq ft at 23 Las Estancias.
Per square foot of built area, the house at G3 Atlantic Drive now asks about $700, against about $1,264 and $2,408 for the other two.
