1. Trademarks
Trademarks with applications pending. The following are trademarks of RED Atlas Inc. that are the subject of pending applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Both were published in the Official Gazette on August 19, 2025; neither is registered, and neither may be used with the ® symbol.
- RED ATLAS™ — U.S. application pending, Ser. No. 98778205 (International Classes 9, 36, and 42)
- KNOW YOUR PROPERTY™ — U.S. application pending, Ser. No. 98887513 (International Classes 9, 36, and 42). Registration follows acceptance of the statement of use.
Unregistered marks and trade names. RED Atlas, Atlas.red, and the names of RED Atlas products, services, plans, and modules (including Atlas Enterprise and the RED Atlas API) are trade names, trademarks, or service marks of RED Atlas Inc., whether or not registered. All rights reserved. The absence of a name, logo, or mark from this Notice does not constitute a waiver of any intellectual-property or other rights of RED Atlas Inc. in that name, logo, or mark.
All other trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on RED Atlas properties are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by or of RED Atlas.
2. Permitted Use of RED Atlas Marks
You may not use any RED Atlas trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name without the prior written consent of RED Atlas Inc., except as follows:
- Plain-text reference and linking. You may use the plain textual name "RED Atlas" to refer accurately to RED Atlas or to provide an unadorned textual hyperlink to atlas.red, provided the use is not more prominent than the surrounding text and does not state or imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
- Licensed attribution. Enterprise customers with a Publication license, and subscribers preparing Client Deliverables, must credit RED Atlas in the forms specified by their governing terms (for example, "Source: RED Atlas (atlas.red)" or "RED Atlas Inc., All Rights Reserved."). Display of the RED ATLAS logo for attribution is licensed only as provided in the RED Atlas Enterprise Terms of Service and RED Atlas's brand guidelines.
You may not use any RED Atlas mark in any manner that creates the impression that RED Atlas marks or content belong to you or are associated with you or your products; as part of your own product, service, company, or domain name; in metadata, advertising keywords, or search-engine practices intended to divert or confuse; or in any way that disparages RED Atlas or dilutes or tarnishes its marks.
3. Patent Notice (Virtual Patent Marking — 35 U.S.C. § 287(a))
This page is intended to serve as notice under 35 U.S.C. § 287(a). The RED Atlas Platform and RED Atlas data services — including RED Atlas's knowledge-base construction, multi-source data ingestion and organization, and region-based segmentation technology — are protected by one or more of the following United States patents, and may be protected by additional patents pending in the United States and elsewhere:
- U.S. Patent No. 12,293,301 — Systems and methods for developing a knowledge base comprised of multi-modal data from myriad sources (issued May 6, 2025)
- U.S. Patent No. 12,332,922 — Systems and methods for developing and organizing a knowledge base comprised of data collected from myriad sources (issued June 17, 2025)
- U.S. Patent No. 12,339,878 — Systems and methods for region-based segmentation of a knowledge base developed using data collected from myriad sources (issued June 24, 2025)
Additional patent applications are pending. This list is provided for notice purposes, may be updated from time to time, and may not be exhaustive at any given moment.
