Desarrollos Barragan LLC pays $2,200,000 for four Pueblo Viejo lots
Desarrollos Barragan LLC has bought four adjoining lots in Pueblo Viejo, Guaynabo, for $2,200,000, in a sale deed recorded on May 20, 2026. Together the lots cover 7,036 m2 / 75,737 sq ft, which puts the price at about $313 per m2 of land.
The deed covers A-31 Calle A, B-1 Calle B and two lots at M-209 Calle Beato José María Escrivá de Balaguer. All four are urban land in the R-1 residential zoning district.
Eleven times the 2003 price
The land last changed hands on December 10, 2003, in a deed for $200,000 recorded on three of the four lots. The 2026 price is eleven times that figure.
House sales and asks in Pueblo Viejo
In the 12 months from November 2024 to October 2025, the Pueblo Viejo neighbourhood recorded 162 house sale deeds at a median price of $342,500. Across the whole municipality of Guaynabo, 600 house sale deeds carried a median price of $236,500 over the same months.
