Palmas del Mar property resells for $1.9 million, 17% above 2023 price
KOHAN LLC bought the property at Los Lagos at Palmas Del Mar, 10 Garda St, Candelero Abajo, Humacao for $1,900,000 in a deed dated October 28, 2026.
The property last sold on June 20, 2023, for $1,624,000, in the deed that split it from the larger Los Lagos tract. The new price is $276,000, or 17%, above that sale.
It was one of more than 20 properties split from the tract and sold in deeds of 2023 and 2024. Another property in Los Lagos, at 31 Maggiore St, sold for $1,750,000 on June 15, 2026.
