Fajardo condo unit sells for $1.2 million, 37% above its 2005 price
Milaja, LLC bought unit 117 at Condominio Las Casitas II, 1000 Avenida Conquistador in Cabezas, Fajardo, for $1,200,000. The sale deed is dated April 29, 2026.
The seller, a company, had owned the unit since January 2005, when it paid $875,000 for it. The 2026 price is 37% above that one.
A month after the sale, on May 29, 2026, a use recommendation request was filed for short-term rental lodging in the unit, with two rooms. It was approved.
What neighbouring units sold for
Two other units in the condominium also resold in 2026, each for a smaller rise over its previous sale price. Unit 140, bought for $700,000 in August 2005, sold for $715,000 on June 19, 2026. Unit 141, last sold for $850,000 in June 2008, sold for $950,000 on September 24, 2026.
Earlier, unit 144 sold for $890,000 in April 2025.
