On the market since May
The house has been advertised since May 22, 2026. Its earliest recorded ask, $1,599,000, dates from August 12, 2026, and it held at that price until the cut. One copy of the ad still showed $1,599,000 on November 4.
The ad describes 585 m2 (6,300 sq ft) of built space: a 5,000 sq ft main residence with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a separate 1,300 sq ft guest house with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It gives 1960 as the year built. The lot covers 27,655 m2, about 6.8 acres.
How the new ask compares

The cut leaves the total ask nearly twice the town median but the price per m2 below it.
