The ad describes 352 m2 (3,793 sq ft) of interior space with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a powder room and four deeded underground parking spaces, in a building the ad dates to 2007. It lists a monthly condominium fee of $1,821.02 and says the residence needs cosmetic renovation.

The ask for unit 1802 is $699,000, or 24%, above the price unit 1202 sold for.
