MR Home LLC buys eight homes in four towns for $1,065,000
MR Home LLC is the buyer on eight sale deeds recorded from June 18 to July 31, 2026, each for a different home, and their prices add up to $1,065,000. The homes are in four towns, three of them in San Juan and the rest in Caguas, Bayamón and Fajardo.
The prices run from $50,000 to $325,000, with a median of $111,250. The largest is for an apartment at Condominio Mabok in Santurce, recorded July 29, 2026. The others are in subdivisions such as Turabo Gardens in Caguas and Puerto Nuevo in San Juan.
The buying did not stop in July. Six more sale deeds name the company as buyer from August 19 to October 23, 2026, for $643,000 together, three of them in San Juan. Over the past 24 months it is the buyer on 26 properties, these 14 included.
