Pay Transparency
The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor's legal duty to furnish information. 41 CFR 60-1.35(c)
RED Atlas EEO policy
RED Atlas is committed to attracting, retaining, developing, and promoting the most qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, sexual and other reproductive health decisions, gender identity or expression, genetic predisposition or carrier status, protected veteran status/service, pre-JVA veteran status, physical or mental disability, or any other classification protected by applicable law.
RED Atlas prohibits treating applicants or employees less favorably in connection with the terms and conditions of employment because of one of the characteristics set forth above or any other classification protected by law ("Discrimination").
This policy governs all aspects of employment, including recruitment, selection, job assignment, promotion, lay-off, recall from lay-off, training, education, social and recreation programs, transfer, compensation, discipline, termination, and access to benefits.
Moreover, RED Atlas will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, the pay of another employee or applicant may not be discussed or disclosed unless such employee or applicant provides verbal or written consent, either directly or indirectly, or unless otherwise permitted under applicable law. In addition, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, (c) consistent with RED Atlas's legal duty to furnish information, or (d) otherwise in accordance with applicable law.
RED Atlas provides reasonable adjustment/accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities. Please tell us if you require a reasonable adjustment/accommodation to apply for a job or to perform your job. Examples of reasonable adjustment/accommodation include but are not limited to making a change to the application process or work procedures, providing documents in an alternate format, using a sign language interpreter, or using specialized equipment. If you would prefer to discuss this confidentially, please email privacy@atlas.red.
Harassment-Free Workplace
RED Atlas prohibits harassment of any employee, applicant, contractor, intern, or visitor on the basis of any characteristic protected by applicable law, and prohibits sexual harassment in any form, in accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Puerto Rico Law 17 of April 22, 1988, and other applicable laws. Prohibited conduct includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, physical, or visual conduct of a harassing nature — whether in the workplace, at company or client events, while traveling for work, or through digital channels used for work. Harassment is grounds for discipline up to and including termination.
Reporting and Non-Retaliation
Speaking up is part of how RED Atlas works. Any employee, applicant, or contractor who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or a violation of this policy — or any suspected legal or ethical violation — is encouraged to report it promptly to their manager, to any member of leadership they trust, or confidentially to ethics@atlas.red. Reports may be made in English or Spanish. RED Atlas will review reports promptly, investigate as appropriate with as much confidentiality as a fair investigation allows, and take corrective action where warranted.
RED Atlas prohibits retaliation of any kind — including under Puerto Rico Law 115 of December 20, 1991 — against anyone who, in good faith, reports a concern, participates in an investigation, or opposes conduct they reasonably believe unlawful. Performance management, including RED Atlas's high performance standards, will never be used to retaliate against anyone for raising a concern in good faith.
